World Environment Day 2019

Care Luit in association with #MyGovAssam and Oil India Ltd. celebrated World Environment Day 2019 in Duliajan, Assam on June 5, 2019. The event was attended by students & teachers of various schools, local population and the awareness lectures were delivered by Gov. of Assam brand ambassador, Jadav Payeng – the Forest Man of India (Padmashri), Shri Teresh Gowala (MLA Duliajan LAC), Shri Dipu Deka (ADC, Dibrugarh District Administration) and Shri Pranjit Deka (RCE, OIL).

Manjit Singh (Commandant CISF), Shri Hiren Borah (CGM Admin, OIL) and Kishor Jayanta Madhab (Managing Trustee, Care Luit) also attended the event.

Over 300 cyclists participated in the cycle rally to promote this year’s theme #BeatAirPollution
