Bandita Baruah is popular for her rendition of old Assamese songs. She has recorded over 200 songs from old Assamese movies and original tracks.
Bandita Baruah became very popular with the song “Phool Phulibor Botor Ahil” from the film “Bonoriya Phool”, recorded online during COVID lockdown. Trained by her father Ashim Baruah, Bandita is helping preseve old Assamese songs for the future generations of Assam.
She is currently pursuing MA in Assamese from Gauhati University.Know More

Udit Gogoi has been India no 1 in the under 12, 14, 16 and 18 categories, Asian ranking no 1 in 3the under 14 category, and a World ranking of 117 in the junior category.
Udit Gogoi has made Assam proud by represented India in the junior Wimbledon Championship in London, Windmill Cup in Netherlands, Qatar Asian Junior Teams Cup, and several other ITF Tournaments in Bangkok, Philippines, Sri Lanka, etc.
He has also been the only Assamese player to represent India in the Longinus future tennis Acer Tournament in Paris.Know More

Manxho is a successful rural startup story. It is  involved directly with over 20 farmers and indirectly with over 100 farmers, bettering rural livelihoods among the farming community of Khowang and close by villages.
Manxho was founded by two pig farmers – Diganta Saikia and Vardaan Saikia and a restaurateur – Jitu Bora.

Recipient of the prestigious Sir CV Raman Young Scientist Award in 2022 and the Platinum Jubilee Young Scientist Award in 2023, Dr. Manabendra Saharia is developing an impact-based flood forecasting system called BrahmaSatark.
Dr. Manabendra Saharia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and an associate faculty in the Yardi School of Artificial Intelligence at IIT Delhi. He is the Alumni of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in the United States.
He is funded by the Ministry of Earth Sciences to develop an impact-based flood forecasting system for the Brahmaputra River called BrahmaSATARK.Know More

Care Luit also presented the Kishori Mohan Das Memorial Social Sector Development Award to Dr. Puniram Patar. He is the first medical doctor from the Tiwa community.
Dr. Patar has retired as the Jt. Director of Assam Health Service after 03 decades of distinguished service. He is a man of versatile interest, pursuing social work, Vaishnavism, cultural research and literature with equal ease and passion besides treating people even at the age of 76 years. Dr. Patar regularly organizes free health check-up camps, flood relief operations and various other humanitarian activities. Mr. Pushpadhar Das has utilised his expertise and management skills to transform productivity of dairy based farming at village level by forming primary dairy cooperatives. He followed traditional irrigation systems in the community farming initiative that spanned 3000 bighas across 10 villages.
